PLC +2 Low Profile Follower for CZ Shadow, Gen2

Low profile follower for CZ Shadow and compatible magazines. Adds +2 to capacity with standard magazine spring, bumping total capacity to 23 with +4 base pad. New gen 2 model provides better support and applies pressure more evenly.

Note that this follower does not lock slide back with an empty magazine.
